Overview
DIDIDO? (“the App”) is published by LaBapps (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App on iOS.
We designed the App so your dashboards and monitors stay under your control, with optional iCloud sharing when you choose to collaborate.
Information the App Stores
Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be stored:
- Dashboard names and settings (including optional daily notification preferences)
- Monitor details you create (name, icon, completion dates, intervals, warning settings, and for multi-times-per-day monitors: times-per-day, scheduled times, and daily completion progress)
- Sharing state for dashboards you share or join (for example, whether you are the owner or a collaborator)
When you are not using shared dashboards, this information is stored locally on your device (for example, in the App’s on-device storage).
iCloud and Shared Dashboards
If you share a dashboard or accept an invitation, the App uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync monitor data with people you invite. That data is stored in your iCloud account and in shared zones accessible to participants you authorize through Apple’s sharing flow.
We do not operate our own servers for your monitor content. Apple processes and stores iCloud data according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. Collaborators you invite can view and edit monitors in shared dashboards according to the permissions granted through iCloud sharing.
Notifications
If you enable daily status updates, the App may schedule local notifications on your device based on your monitor data. Notification content is generated on your device.
You can turn off notifications per dashboard in Settings or disable notifications for the App in iOS Settings.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
How You Can Control Your Data
- Local data: Delete monitors or dashboards in the App, or remove the App from your device to delete locally stored data.
- Shared dashboards: Owners can stop sharing; collaborators can leave a shared dashboard or save a local copy before leaving.
- iCloud data: Manage iCloud storage and shared items through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help address the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
