- iCloud / sharing — Dashboard sharing requires an iCloud account on each device. Open Settings → Share with Others inside the app to invite collaborators or join a shared dashboard.
- Collaborators can’t see updates — Both users need internet access and iCloud signed in. Pull to refresh or reopen the app; changes may take a few seconds to sync.
- Daily notifications — Enable “Daily Status Update” in Settings for each dashboard and allow notifications when iOS prompts you.
- Data storage — Local dashboards are stored on your device. Shared dashboards sync through your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit.
